ADSL is the prefered connection option. However we are equiped for 3G/4G wireless internet connection. Utilizing Yagi high gain antenna and cell tower locating software a good connection can be maintained in most locations.

Can you access my
venue?
We require at least 13 metres of flat ground to park the trailer and erect the gazebo. Initially we inspect your venue via Google Maps and if necessary do a physical inspection to ascertain parking, power and cabling requirements.

What if it rains?
Along with the trailer comes a 3 x 3 metre gazebo which is erected at the rear door of the trailer to provide protection from the elements. In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a rain check for a later date.
So long as they are PC USB compatible. Our Operator will assess suitability on the day.
Can we use our own controllers?
